We offer exchanges if the item does not fit or if you wish to change the size or model.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

Returned within 3 days after delivery (Tunisia) / 7 days (international)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Wrong Item or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged item or a product different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
