Return and Exchange Policy – Labelnou

We do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges or replacements under the conditions described below.

Exchanges (Size or Fit Issues)
We offer exchanges if the item does not fit or if you wish to change the size or model.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 3 days after delivery (Tunisia) / 7 days (international)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Wrong Item or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged item or a product different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
